For Commercial Propagators
Plug Trays, Pots & Shuttle Trays for Commercial Propagators
ModernAgriPro manages horticultural product supply chains for commercial propagators. We coordinate product sourcing, specification confirmation, samples, supplier production, quality inspection and shipment requirements around your growing operation.

Built for Your Three Production Realities

Vegetable Propagation & Grafting
Tomato, pepper, cucumber and eggplant programs run on consistency. Our large-cell plug trays (21–50 cell) cover spacing and finishing stages, and our carry trays move young plants safely through your greenhouse and out to growers. 144, 288 and 512-cell tray options have existing tooling and samples available. Send your required tray dimensions, cell volume and equipment requirements to confirm the model, sample options and production timing.

Orchid & Ornamental Young Plants
Pots and trays sized for phalaenopsis and ornamental young-plant programs, including 12 cm pot formats for finishing.

Bedding & Seasonal Floral
Uniform pots and shuttle trays for poinsettia, chrysanthemum and annual programs that ship against fixed retail calendars — planned against your calendar, not ours.
Why Propagators Qualify Us
Documented specifications
Tray and pot listings carry the dimensions and specifications your team needs to evaluate fit for your lines. Samples follow for bench checks and line trials before any bulk commitment.
Batch consistency
One approved sample locks the specification. Production follows the locked spec, and pre-shipment inspection is agreed before production and carried out before dispatch.
Supply-chain control
We coordinate with suppliers to confirm product specifications, production requirements, inspection and packing before shipment. Tell us your facility hygiene requirements so handling and packing can be agreed with the suppliers involved.
One system, three stages
Plug trays for seeding and grafting, injection-molded pots for growing-on and finishing, and carry trays matched to pot sizes for internal logistics and shipping. One supplier, one specification standard, across the whole young-plant workflow.

Qualification Process
Send your current tray or pot specification — or the SKU you run today.
Samples are confirmed and shipped for bench check and line trial.
Assess samples against your growing and equipment requirements. Agree the trial scope and approve the final specification before a bulk order.
Confirm the quotation, production schedule, packing and shipping terms against your seasonal requirements.
What to confirm before sourcing trays and pots
Use this checklist when comparing suppliers or requesting samples. Cell count and nominal pot diameter alone do not establish product fit.
Swipe the table to view all columns.
| Requirement | Information to confirm |
|---|---|
| Tray dimensions | Outside length, width and height; drawing revision; acceptable tolerances. |
| Cell or pot geometry | Cell count, shape, depth and volume; pot rim, base and drainage configuration. |
| Material | Required polymer, color, recycled-content requirements and supporting documents where applicable. |
| Equipment and fit | Seeding, transplanting and handling equipment; nesting and carry-tray fit; sample trial and approval criteria. |
| Quality inspection | Approved sample or drawing, inspection scope, tolerances and acceptance criteria before production. |
| Commercial terms | Quantity, MOQ, sample or tooling charges, production timing and payment terms in the written quotation. |
| Packing and delivery | Pack quantity, carton and pallet requirements, labels, destination, target date and agreed shipping term. |
Published reference models: PT50H — 50-cell plug tray; CP-12CM — 12 cm clear pot; BPT-5CT — carry tray. Final specifications and compatibility require confirmation.

Questions Propagators Ask Us
Can your trays run on automated seeding and transplanting lines?
Judge us on evidence, not promises: review the specifications, then run our samples on your line. We will work with your operations team on any fit questions that come up during the trial.
How do you keep dimensions consistent between batches?
The specification is locked from your approved sample, production follows it, and pre-shipment inspection criteria are agreed before production starts.
What do you need from us to start?
The tray or pot specification you currently run (or photos and dimensions), your estimated seasonal volumes, and your destination. Send them through the contact page and we will respond with sample options.
Can ModernAgriPro source 144, 288 and 512-cell propagation trays?
Yes. Existing tooling and samples are available for 144, 288 and 512-cell tray options. Send the required outside dimensions, cell geometry, cell volume, material and equipment requirements. The specific model, sample cost, MOQ and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request clear 12 cm pots and matching carry trays?
The published range includes a 12 cm clear pot and carry-tray options. Confirm the pot’s outside dimensions, rim and base fit, drainage requirements and tray layout with samples. A nominal 12 cm label alone does not confirm that two products are compatible.
What is ModernAgriPro’s role in the supply chain?
ModernAgriPro coordinates horticultural product sourcing, specification and sample confirmation, supplier production, quality inspection, packing and shipment requirements. The service scope, responsibilities and order terms are confirmed for each project.
