For commercial growers and nursery buyers
Shipping & Logistics
Plan your shipment of nursery pots, propagation trays, flats and carry trays. Share your product list and destination so we can review packing and delivery requirements with your quotation.
Start with your products and destination
Send the SKU or product link, required quantity, destination country and city, and target delivery date. If you are still choosing products, browse the product range first.
For trays and pots, packing volume matters alongside unit price. Product dimensions, nesting, carton size and pallet requirements all affect the shipment plan. These details need to be checked for the selected SKU and order quantity.
Compare shipment options
| Your order | Option to discuss | Details to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Samples or a small evaluation shipment | Courier or air shipment | Sample availability, package size, freight and delivery address |
| Trial order or mixed products | Less-than-container-load (LCL) | Carton count, cargo volume and handling requirements |
| Bulk order or seasonal replenishment | Full-container-load (FCL) | Container size, loading plan and shipment schedule |
The appropriate option depends on your order, route and available services. Freight and transit time are confirmed when the shipment plan is prepared.
Packing details to confirm before ordering
- Products: SKU, dimensions, material, colour and quantity for each item.
- Cartons: pieces per carton, outer carton dimensions, net weight and gross weight.
- Stacking: nesting arrangement, protection requirements and loading restrictions.
- Pallets: whether palletization is needed, pallet size and your warehouse height limits.
- Labels: carton marks, SKU labels, barcodes and mixed-order identification.
- Documents: commercial invoice, packing list and any destination-specific documents to be reviewed before order confirmation.
Container quantities must be calculated from confirmed packing data. If you need mixed loading, list every SKU and quantity so the plan can account for the complete shipment.
Shipping terms for your order
Tell us your preferred Incoterm and named port or delivery place. If you have your own freight forwarder, include their contact details and any booking or warehouse requirements.
Available shipping terms depend on your destination and order. Your written quotation will specify the agreed Incoterm, named port or place, included charges, and responsibilities. Confirm customs clearance, duties, insurance and local delivery arrangements before accepting the quote.
Plan production and transit separately
Share your target arrival date and any seasonal deadline at the enquiry stage. Ask for both the production schedule and the estimated transit schedule. Production completion, departure and arrival are separate milestones.
Sample approval, packaging confirmation, order quantity and shipping availability can affect timing. The schedule for your order will be confirmed in writing.
